The guiding principle of this project is to develop appropriate ways of providing flexibility and continuity of care for infected and affected families (as a unit) to lead as near a normal life as possible. Activities include: outreach and Social Support, One-to-One Support and Advocacy, Drop-In Service, Counselling and accessing people into existing complimentary services in the district.
